Back when this sh1t was popping off you had to be hungry to battle, ready to battle the next dude showing up on ur block, and if you were the best in your hood, that was the reason you would battle MORE, not less

You're speaking from a fan perspective, or from the perspective of someone who doesn't actually have any actual stake in any of this. There's nothing "p*ssy" about holding out for whatever you feel your value is financially.

I fully understand why some of these dudes take few battles and let their stock build, especially if the battle rap check is side hustle dough. But in terms of battlerap (not business) and being a fan, I want to see these big names take just 1-2 more a year. I don't know if the increased quantity will or won't spark the business enough where they can battle more and make up the dough through volume... I just want to see the matchups before these nikkas get in their 40s and shyt,

That said, looking at how much bad business is done in battlerap, even by the respected leagues (allegedly), I can see keeping that shyt at a distance and making them beg.

Bonnie had a battle of the year contender with her vs gattas. And judging from the bars they both spit off they canceled battle Bonnie was gonna smoke official.


People all of a sudden hate Bonnie cause of the 40 battle. Smh. Bonnie is gonna destroy c3. C3 ain't that nice. Her only clear win is percyze.

She had a debatable with star Smilez. Classic with official. Got bodied by tori. Lost to lottazay. Lost to boom

They are both top tier. C3 put in work last year building her profile. Both ladies have.

At one point i was really high on Bonnie. I still feel her Star Smilez performance was her best (probably because she had a fight with QB before the battle so the aggression was real), but the reality of it is she's a bad performer. She hasn't gotten better. That's all there is to it. She's the type who is better off being a ghostwriter.

How are you gonna pick apart C3's resume, when Bonnie is struggling with Lexx Banko & Dutchess.
Bonnie had the most sparring sessions in QOTR history. Who the hell has Bonnie beaten?

People aren't all of a sudden hating Bonnie. QOTR doesn't fukk with her because she's a bad performer with corny jokes & can't "talk that shyt." That's why she gets more love over on KOTD.

And it seems like Trez and L can easily transition. Most I think they'd have to do is slow down a little bit. Out of that whole list, I figured Brizz would have the hardest transition due to his style being so dependent on aggression, but it sounds like at RvV, he managed to adjust and even add a dimension.

Hope these nikkas follow through.
