Roc don't have classics?
If you disagree then list them. I'm interested to see what you'd consider a classic battle out of his catalog because I've seen pretty much every one of his battles and none of them have that "classic" feel where both rappers were on form and/or it's debatable. The only Roc battles I've ever gone back to watch multiple times after it initially came out was him vs Magic (I skip Roc's rounds) and him vs Ill Will (would have been a classic if Will never choked).
Lux said way more than the lean shyt. And half of the stuff Hollow said about Lux wasn't even accurate. Like the Vicodin bar. Vicodin comes in liquid form. He was really reaching trying to make it seem like Lux didn't make sense and in turn just exposed the fact that Hollow just doesn't know much about anything
"Hollow be thy name" "Thy" means your Hollow....
You're splitting hairs, IMO. It's not widely known that Vicodin can come in liquid form and most people's point of reference (especially in my age range) for Vicodin is watching House and it was only seen in pill form so that bars impact shouldn't be dampened. The 'Hollow be thy name' bar is grammatically incorrect and shouldn't be excused but if we use that same standard for everyone else in battle rap, a lot of rapper's best lines would be deemed as trash (a few of Roc's lines just came to mind

).
At the end of the day, Lux rapped better in this battle than he did against Calicoe and Hollow was able to do enough to negate that in the context of the battle. Who do I personally quote more outside of the battle? Lux, of course, but in the context of the battle, Hollow did more by touching on more subjects and that allowed him to win.
