Lux "You talk good but you gotta fight too"
Does anyone want to talk about that fact that as talented as Hollow is, he's not all that enjoyable to listen to?
There's no way people should be giving Clips round one. But the reality is, not only is he a lot easier to follow, but he SOUNDS a lot better than Hollow when he's rapping.
Those remedial punch lines are always going to hit. Same with Tay Roc, he just sounds good.
We are all saying Hollow won clearly, but very few of us are actually excited about who Hollow might be battling next. That says something. Between the voice cracking and disjointed delivery I just can't get as excited about Hollow's performances as I want to.

Verb's reasoning was good tho. Clips is more liked than Lux, so he might win on stage, especially since he's much easier to follow.
Yeah very few dudes have a good rapping voice. Hollow's is really obviously lacking when the crowd stops riding with him. Not enough bass to project the confidence.
Who else got that projection/voice control? Math, Daylyt, JC, Chilla (in 2014-now), Mook, Real Deal, Brizz (if only he had better bars)..
Shine slowed down in his third and some of the second, and he sounded like a different nikka in a good way.
Anyone have any info on when the Ty Law vs. Magic battle might drop?
Aint gonna front breh, Hollow has a terrible voice to listen to. I dont mind it since i got used to it since grindtime though.
To be real im still waiting for that groundbreaking performance from Hollow i been expecting since he came back to URL. Its like all of his battles since Surf has been a buildup to a climax (pause) that still hasnt arrived. Even against Lux i missed something although i cant pinpoint what.
Tbh Hollow been more wack then dope since Surf (minus Lux)

Although I see the logic, Verb is indirectly saying that Lux would have a better chance beating him than Clips because the crowd would let him rock since there wouldn't be any bias. When you look at it this way, Verb looks desperate.
I would watch. Math would lose though imo.
Calicoe is probably above all the people you named in this category.
Head Ice is up there, easily.
Pat Stay's projection is great, voice is decent.
Tay Roc's projection is really good.
K-Shine's projection and voice are good, but he raps too fast sometimes.
I wouldn't put Math up there, his projection isn't very good cause he's trying to control his lisp. Just watch him vs Pat, and listen to the difference.
Ill Will's projection and voice are really good, especially when you consider he does more talking than rapping.
Marvwon's voice & projection are both good, but a lot of his battle bars are slow churning doo doo butter.
Big T's projection is really good, I like his voice but I can see how others might not.
