Yup. And Diz is really running his face through the mud right now. Most battlers catch bodies and after it's over, they just kinda move on. But Diz is going to make sure you remember how badly he did Gjonaj for the next few months.
I don't even know what Gjonaj should do right now. It really depends on why he choked. Did he feel like he didn't prepare enough? Or did the pressure get to him? If the pressure got to him, maybe he needs to get back out there soon.

I think he just needs to get back out there quick on a visible platform, bringing nothing but his A game. If he wants to address his choke, he has to do it quickly and not until later in the battle... And only if he takes his L humble

If I were advising Gjonaj I'd take 2 months off then try to get I.C.E. for the comeback and do it in Toronto. They love bars in Toronto and there is no way I.C.E. can outbar him for all three rounds. It would be a nice style clash and as long as he doesn't choke he'll get respect for hanging in there with the OG.
