Losing to JC, is some kind of disgrace?

No. But he's been talking trash & chasing JC for 2 years at least. At one point it even looked like JC was ducking for no good reason. Both of those guys have been stuck in the mid tier, but the idea is that one of them can climb out of that hole if they stay consistent enough. JC is trending up (with Arsonal coming up), Born trending down...

Born just writes a bunch of clever bars, Cortez can connect to the crowd he just tries too hard to be an OG.

Not talking about accomplishments, I'm talking about in the ring style. We all know cortez has done more than nuborn

Hey guys I was thinking about something. So I know all of you are utterly disgusted with Quilly D Quilliams antics by now. And rightfully so. Most recently, the Crip in a box Kit. But think about it, he's given us bar heavy performances all year, has taken battles left and right at the risk of over saturating himself. He'll from the sound of things his battle with O Red was probably the best battle at that event. My point of posting this is to ask this question. Isn't he entitled to a LIL fun??? Of course I don't mean attempting to drop fecal matter on stage or anything like that. But stuff like Crip In A Box (copyright logo) I really don't see any harm in. I mean yea he just threw away a guaranteed classic vs QP, but it was funny and creative. That is all.

I never seen dude post here and didn't think his audio visual complaint was valid, so I'm not going to bother with the back and forth. It's great to have all these different platforms but outta all the leagues/platforms KOTD has the lowest percentage of battles I care about. The only reason they had a battle that URL fans would have wanted is because there was still a white guy involved (Bigg K v Ill Will).

True but what a lot of people don't notice is that KOTD shifted a lot of their top guys down to mid tier, the more they brought over SMACK URL guys over. And not just them. You even have talent from Don't Flop, FlipTop (Filipino league), damn near all of Grind Time, maybe some iBattle, and other talent from other leagues. The guys that were noticeably the most mid tier in KOTD that have transitioned is like Charron and 100 Bulletz. That's not even counting the Fresh Coast because technically, that was still Grind Time. I think when they did World Domination and saw the potential for SMACK URL talent to bless the stage, they pretty much opened the door for leagues like it to do the same thing.

Yeah he needs someone to sit him down and really show him the bigger picture. His comeback has already been impressive, but as you pointed out, he can be even bigger that THAT. Some of these guys really need to start aiming for TV & film roles. I believe guys like Math & DNA could have done the TV/movie thing if they focused on it 3-4 years ago, but I'm not sure the same opportunities are available now.

Surf was trying to D.O.T under the wing a little while ago, truthfully it wouldn't be a bad idea.

I say Born just needs to keep it pushing. Call out Steams, Danny Myers or Ty Law, see if they bite.
If not, see if he can get Quantum Physics on the next Black Ice card. I know he doesn't want to battle Sons QP, but he might need to just to keep his career afloat.

If he loses to Steams, he should just hang it up.

Losing to Danny is w/e tho... seems like a safe battle.

I do notice that, it's part of the reason why I don't fully respect their platform. I already mentioned the ebony & ivory match-ups, but there is a lot of bs on top of that.

Daylyt, Diz & Pat Stay show up and do WHATEVER they want, because they sell all the tickets. Pat whines every battle. Diz can fight at one event & battle at the next, because they need him to sell tickets. He can do a garbage two rounder with Chilla Jones, because they need his name to sell tickets. Daylyt can throw all his friends names in a hat, and pick one to battle because they need him to sell tickets. At some point KOTD will have him battling his wife & kid on a card....

They can only promote Charron but so much, because despite his talent, he makes the whole scene look corny.

Hollohan is under a bridge smoking rocks somewhere.

They allowed Daylyt to completely demoralize Loe Pesci with no repercussions. Loe is probably the best writer they had over there.

Bender is not inspired to battle. When he is on top of his game he's nasty, but that was a long time ago.

The Saurus still gets match-ups, despite being washed.

They keep putting Arsonal on cards, when was the last time he gave KOTD a really good performance?

Po Rich once held the title, he is now at Ground Zero, where he belongs. He is a reminder of how pressed they were for new talent.

Arcane is another former title holder who brings back bad memories for them.

They brought Iron Solomon back. It was cool, but are excited to see Solomon's next battle?

They took the Arsonal & Shotty rematch & it turned out meh.

Head Ice & Bigg K are the only street battlers that bring their A game to a KOTD match-up.

I respect Illmac, he's the champ and he deserves to be.

URL keeps booking Rex

Rex's last battle was good, but yeah the ones before that were not. I'm not a fan of that either, I don't appreciate how URL has Clips on every card. But Clips vs Suge will be much more entertaining than Daylyt dressed up as a heroin needle vs Crackalack Ron.
