Resume alone? No.

Resume with the fact he has no clear losses. Great material for all battles. And has a clear win on the best "top tier" battle of the year. All of this being on URL.

Your not saying nothing about Suge being considered top 3 when his resume consisted of Saga T-Top Ooops and Big T. But Roc's resume gets the

Don't agree with myers but everything else is spot on. Chilla/Danja/Shine are all interchangeable for that 3rd spot.

Roc/Suge are hands down 1 and 2.

It's a sad state of affairs when we're using the argument "He has no clear losses" to justify giving someone BOTY. Shouldn't BOTY be undeniable because they've clearly won the majority, if not all their battles?

I really wish some people here would stop blindly hating but it is what it is...

The only reason I have Chilla #3 and not 2 or 1 is because he lost badly to Diz and I edged Myers in their battle. I also edged Danny over Danja. It really helps when people on the list have battled each other in that same year. It makes it easier.

Diz beat Chilla but he entered the year losing to Cassidy in late 2014 and battled a lot of nobodies. The Gjonaj and Chilla bags are what put him on the list for me, along with padding his W's with all those randoms.

Kind of funny how I'm the only one posting full resumes with W-L records and backing it up with extended reasoning. Most of you in here get emotional over a certain battler/crew so I no longer expect intelligent debate when that crew is in the convo, nor will I entertain any back and forth.

Anyways, I think I have my list.

So my 10 are:

I had to put Boom on here because his resume is crazy. He took Ave, Clips, Goodz, JC, and Reach GAWD (D.O.T!!!!) all in the same year without getting bagged one time. The only thing that hurts Boom is that RBE gives him top names for one round only.

Yall really on here acting like this is a sport. This shyt isn't judged. You can technically "lose" a battle and have a bigger impact the your opponent.

Obviously clear losses are clear losses. And "He has no clear losses" is only ONE of my arguments. The fact roc had great material against 3 top tier opponents on the biggest stage of battle rap and then has a completely clear win on Brizz ON TOP of Roc not having any clear losses is why he's BOTY.


Like I really want to hear who yall think should be boty. Spud saying asinine shyt like Myers. Unless you think Suge should have that number 1 spot(which falls under THE SAME EXACT REASONS on why I think it belongs to Tay) Then what are we even arguing about??

Boom had a great year last year. Only one clear loss where he slipped up a bit vs some dude ProVerb but other than that he established himself as a top shelf battler.
I had JC edging him, but I also had JC losing to both Xcel & Arsonal. Apparently JC lost to Psychoses too, but I don't care to watch.

And any top 10 list without chess is ass backwards.

His two losses with Steams vs NWX were both ass performances and hurt him greatly in my book.

Plus DNA beat him on the big stage, and you can edge Rum Nitty even though he had Exxon 93 premium gas with him in their battle.

Chess is right outside the top 10. If he takes more battles that make sense, win clearly, and leave Steams alone he'll probably make it next year.
