Ok, so you can see why URL is expanding to the West rather than bytch about it. What I'm saying is that there was a demand since you want to talk business terms. They wouldn't have moved on it if they didn't see it as an opportunity that could benefit them. Maybe not amongst all the dudes who love to see the big battles in NY but at the very least, the West was hungry for it.
Do YOU really believe the URL is expanding to the west?
These "URL cards" that happen on the Westcoast, Pittsburgh, etc aren't cards created by the actual URL staff. They have minimal involvement. They have no problem distancing themselves from the events like they did with "traffic."
Rum Nitty, Danny Myers, & Daylyt all said it "wasn't the URL" & it "wasn't the same."
If KG said you know what, I don't want to do the URL West no more, do you think the URL would really care?
Let's be honest. The westcoast can't give you 8-12 guys to build a respectable roster. Even their street battles don't give you the kind of feel that battles on the midwest & eastcoast do. The URL gets footage that they may or may not release. If they are lucky, maybe 1 or 2 guys they can use. Even then, they may not be too eager to pay for these nyggas flights to do an event on the eastcoast.
The URL has no problem hustling nyggas that are eager to get on the platform.
