Does Ave really belong to the category or "rappity rap" dudes? He's definitely bar heavy, but his content and wording seems more street/believable then (for example) Rum Nitty, JC, and the other dudes who are clearly bar focused. Watching Ave/Sug on stage, I honestly saw two dudes doing a somewhat similar thing, one with much better bars and the other with (occasional) heavier delivery to make the bars hit.

Ave does not give me any street feel at all.

Not saying Ave isn't street, but yeah he doesn't have a street feel, as much as he gives me a "I load boxes onto a truck 35 hours a week" feel.
I might not call him if I got into some street shyt, but if my car broke down in the middle of the street I'd hit him up lol

I've come to the conclusion that he's a rappity rap nygga. He hasn't done anything successfully besides punch. This wasn't obvious until I really compared him to Bigg K. K can do humor and real talk, plus has more presence than Ave.
Suge did a lot of punching, but he has performance and presence. He also does real talk.

Ave does not give me any street feel at all.
:salute:
I guess Ave's street related shyt feels like less outrageous than the wholesale rappity rappers. But I can't front that punching and wordplay is his thing.

I also think that some of the heavy street dudes don't give me that same street feel as other fans. A lot of the street dudes come off corny to me, and seem to be embellishing shyt just as much as the next battler. For example, Calicoe. Every single bar is about how much more street he is than the street itself.

Some street dudes who I get that aura from -- K-Shine, Rex, Bigg K, Cortez, Hollow, Ice, Ill Will, Lux (seems like a Canal St. salesman), Suge. There's also some of the white boys aside from Bigg K that seem like they are from their version of that life.

I wouldn't call Ave if I needed a "hammer", but I would definitely call him if I needed a hammer.
If I needed to "drill" something, he's not the guy to call.. but if I needed..

lol lemme stop

Showoff was pretty ill, too

You don't have to lie but why even bring up how you feel about his talent at that moment? It wasn't relevant or necessary

My nikka.....first don't do the whole backhanded respect them disrespect shyt. His fam passed and you ended your sentence with he's wack as fukk. Yo, what the fukk is wrong with you? That's besides the point I was making. You didn't like his style I get it. But cot damn learn some manners or somethin', muthafukka. I get it that's it's battle rap but when nikkas get in fukked up situations that affect them outside, at least respect that shyt. What you said was backhanded.

Wtf is wrong with ya I merely responded to a comment ardamus made on his talent?
I wished him strength but if someone feels the need to expres their opinion on his skill im entitled to expres mine?
How is irrelevant when its literally a response to someone saying hes ill?
Plus i didnt attack him personally just said hes wack and even went on to explain why. Thought that was the whole point of a messageboard. Smh at tbz getting sensitive.

"Yo say a prayer for dutchie, his moms just passed"

"Yeah rest in peace, but her potato salad was trash"

Might've been, but it's just not in good taste

To whoever said it, I felt Suge was rapping right with Ave and outdoing him in some aspects. Part of the reason why I got Suge clear.

A bar like "Motherfukker I'll make a move out you based on a true story" is so simple but the way Suge crowded his space and emphasized his delivery is the difference. Suge has mastered the big stage. Even when his bars went over the crowd's head Suge knows how to dismiss the crowd "they aint from out here" "they dont know about that" "they new fans" and then get right back in his shyt. Ave still argues with hecklers.

I saw Suge and Roc want to do a part II. They definitely should do that soon.
