You know it just occured to me that getting bodied in a small room almost hurts as badly as getting bodied in the big stage.

On the big stage at least youll get booed..but in the small room you get silence

I saw Battle Rap Slave say that, my homie never told me that so I can’t vouch for the authenticity of that but Battle Rap Slave also said Mike P vs Suge and I know that Battle is happening for a fact so he’s probably right

What y’all think of that battle?

It makes sense that Solomon would agree to battle in this type of setting on the url.

I don’t think he would do it on a large stage.

In a small room I could see Iron doing a lot better than he did on SM2. I liked Iron vs Dizaster/Magic so I think Iron vs Run could be a goodie

Long night for Iron. fukk this match up. I actually think Iron is like, 10x the writer/battler Rum is, but the fans from his era didnt want to see him vs an ass cake Mook. No way these new 24 yr old Adidas NMD wearing ass nikkas gone let him win. Especially against a hot commodity like Rum. At least not in the building. Any other league Rum wouldnt stand a chance.

It's worse imo. In a big stage you can blame crowd bias, going over their heads etc...

Happened to rewatch rex/diz cause of roc/diz, the perception on cam is that is was awful, which I agree, but when people left the building, people thought diz did ok, his first two rounds they didnt boo, he got booed when he started rambling in the 3rd but then got it back with a freestyle. I remember even swave did a recap with diz winning 2-1, when I left I had diz 2-1 winning the first two but on cam I gave rex the first. but even people that had rex didnt think it was a body in the building, to be fair, about 70 percent left after surf/hollow, so it was mostly die hards who stood who are probably less likely to boo, he mightve gotten destroyed if it was a full crowd. But just saying, perception changed completely on cam

I think you summed it up. I stayed for Rex/Diz knowing full well the vibe was off. I didn't have high expectations, so I can say that I found Diz entertaining for part of the battle. Rex wasn't good either, but people were harsher on Diz on cam. Some people might have had Diz winning the first in the building, but on cam you see terrible shyt like Diz's "SEA WORLD/THE SEAL IS BROKEN" line getting reaction, and it makes Diz look even cornier. Do you remember that older Black woman who was screaming for Diz? That was weird as hell.

That's fair. Time has passed and its a small room battle. Still tho. He found his platform on KOTD. Who knows, it might work. Let me chill before it goes down. I just thought it didn't fit, imo.

Yeah this what I'm sayin'. Nitty is grooming himself more and more on that URL stage with every battle. So we'll see. At least, SMACK didn't give up on Iron after that Mook battle and they found another way he could battle on that league again.

Jeez. I might have taken DNA vs Iron Solomon over this. I was wondering if Iron was going to try and work his way over to Smack.
Iron knows at this point that he can only take on one dimensional opponents, anyone who can work personals might kill him.
