Still have no idea how battle rap lets TODD get away with multiple choices

nikka says the same exact thing every time and people still get hype for it


Atleast with Showtime/Watcha life like/Strapped in, we know that's just the set up for a unique bar each battle

When was the last time JJDD actually did a multiple choice?

Another gripe I had with Lux’s freestyle was the fact that his flow was off at times and he had to compromise his flow in order to try to fit a whole bunch of words into a bar (similar to how Talib Kweli does)

BT on the other hand rode the beat to perfection

Thoughts multi rhyme pattern and cadence was the same throughout all 9 minutes plus Burn don't have a single break it's one long loop....it's hella easy to go off of that beat, Lux altered his a cpl times throughout his verse, to say he didn't ride the beat kinda is crazy....he landed every snare hit, landed on the break w/the loud echoed snare and kept up w/the sample chop, he didn't miss a beat.

For me the difference between the BT and Lux shyt is that Lux said a lot more memorable shyt. BT was perfect, from the flow to the lyricism and the shyt talking/gems he was droppin, but the stuff Lux was saying was just genius.

For me the difference between the BT and Lux shyt is that Lux said a lot more memorable shyt. BT was perfect, from the flow to the lyricism and the shyt talking/gems he was droppin, but the stuff Lux was saying was just genius.

I agree. Overall Black Thought was rapping perfection. But Lux had line after line after line of quotables. Lux's delivery obviously isn't everyone's cup of tea....... but fukk tea. It's Loaded Lux.

nikkaz in the Booth actually said the same thing comparing Kendrick to Drake. Cats was in there saying Drake has more quotables than Kendrick so that’s what makes him better
