Why do I think that the Verb/Mook battle isn't gonna live up to the hype?

It's gonna drag on that 3rd where it's unlimited mainly on Mook's end. Verb can beat Mook 2-1. The question is will he have enough motivation to finally show up fr in the first 2 rds at least??. Verb always sells his fights the same way. He had 2 prior good showings, I didn't see Pat battle but I heard he was spazzin' in the 1st.

If URL wants him on Summer Madness then they'll have to book him before this battle even happens. If he doesn't have his next battle booked before this one happens, then I might have to take back most of the praise I've been giving him. But let's be real, he picked an opponent that doesn't seem to be motivated to compete. With that in mind, he can't sit on a win vs Aye Verb either. He has to battle a bigger name shortly thereafter.

i think verb is gonna stumble and still beat mook, i just see mook trekking through some severe dry spots. if his last 3 over 6 years are solomon, lux pt 2, and a bad verb battle, win or lose, who wants to book that? even if he does have a URL spot already locked in, i hope he's getting the number he wants because this is the moment where he cashes in on the one-man labor union he's been talking about for a while

I listened to Joe podcast. Joe don’t say anything disrespectful about Verb. He just said he was a little surprised that Mook chose him because the general consensus is that he been on a losing streak. Joe also said that Verb is a amazing writer, and that he think Verb can still get in his bag. Verb is being way too sensitive.

Iron was trash, and Lux was less than his best, along with that crowd being remedial at best. If Mook/Lux 2 was on URL or RBR, it would have been a whole different vibe.
