With Verb and Mook battle. I want to pick verb but I feel like for Verb to win perception wise, he has to do more than Mook. As long as Mook gets through his rounds clean and Verb doesnt spazz, I think people will say Mook won. I think Verb has to spazz to win and I havent seen him really spazz in a while. Its crazy the curve that Mook gets, it is almost like in boxing when you have to take it from the champ type of thing. Pat Stay and now Head ICE have/had it as KOTD champ also. And thats magnified even more with Verb in a NY setting where hes viewed as a whiner. Its funny people always say Verb has trouble with Harlem battlers except Swave. the one difference with Swave is he didnt face him in his home borough. I mean he was prob his worst ever vs clips and he didnt take shine serious enough and it was the best shine ever. but the rex battle on neutral grounds wouldve been debatable material wise. I dont know how RBE may be different from URL but I can see Mook getting all his people in there I mean its been his strategy since Serious Jones. Like in contrast Mook prob wont have any material as good as what bdot or twork had vs verb but because bdot or twork dont have the clout of a Mook yet. Them and verb are almost on even grounds so those battles are considered debatable. Where as Verb could have better material than he had in those two battles and Mook could have worse material than b dot or twork had vs verb and Mook could still "win" according to public perception

I remember telling my college professor she was gonna get that work right when the Lux Cal battle first came out and her old ass knew where I got it from. :dead:

Crazy thing is, Hitman makes music that fits him and its actually good. Some of these guys that battle and make music force it and it doesn't sound right. I feel like Hitman, along with a few others, whenever they have made music does something that suits them right. So for him, he's a good storyteller. And how he comes across straight to the point in his battles, he keeps his music that consistent.
