I know they tried to do it a few times but I feel like one of these proteges needed to stick as the new "Jigsaw" so they could keep going in that direction.. shyt, they could have even turned Jigsaw's theology into a cult. I'd have been down for that. Don't steal my idea LionsGate.
I wouldnt be surprised if they take that route with the next one. Pays homage to Tobin and you can continue to use the doll as well. Probably gonna have them meet on a message board or some shyt lol.

Yea the protege shyt failed because they were crap at telling a story and was just throwing shyt at the way. I remember the 3 main proteges, Amanda, the Cop, and Gordon (the doctor from the first movie). Jigsaw came and killed Amanda because she wasnt giving ppl a chance to survive in the games, just death traps. Before Jigsaw died, he made a "final request" for Gordon to kill the cop because he was using the games for revent, and I think Gordon still alive. Maybe they can have him lead the cult and set games up the "right" way :manny:

28 years was entertaining, it was nearly 2 hours but it went fast. Then there was a power trip like 20 mins from the end :francis: :francis: :francis: Black Screen and audio only :stopitslime::stopitslime::stopitslime: Then there was a total power cut and everything died. :comeon::comeon::comeon:

They got the power back on and rewound it to where it was at though, so i still seen the full thing.

Pretty good film, I enjoyed it. Roll on the next one!

The cinema site said you could get a movie poster of the film if you booked from the 19th to the 22nd to go see it but of course they didn't have any yet according to the lil blonde pawg on the desk :stopitslime:

Rewatched some stuff this week, bullet point thoughts on oldies but goodies:

- 2000's House on Haunted Hill has aged like wine for me. The performances, humor, and a couple of good scary moments make up for it's flaws.

- Copped Get Out for 7 bones for my digital library. It's comfort horror for me.

- I watched Us after that...this one feels like it's aging better than its initial reception too. Jordan Peele's foreshadowing through dialogue is honestly top-tier among screenwriters.

- The Autopsy of Jane Doe hits different on rewatch. My first watch, I mostly enjoyed the scare setups. On rewatches, I find myself treating it like a straight up mystery and I'm trying to see what the clues from the autopsy and the scares could be telling us. It's a fun movie.
