I don't give a damn what your race is. I fukk with you cuz you always helpful in the gym whenever someone needs advice. I respect your opinion on stuff cuz i know you keep it real. So I really don't care about what others say. You cool with me. I like this challenge tho. I may be able to do Deadlifts on this. Maybe squats pushing it. My issue with squats is that I don't do low to the ground ones. I think it's my knees that affect me. Too much weight on them. As far as bench, I got a ways to go to even hit my weight five times. I actually never tried it tho. I should try tomorrow. Most I've ever tried is i believe 155. I'll have to work on these challenges.
I dobt have enough weights to do my body weight.
