6'2" 250 trying to get down to 220-225.
Got about 11 pullups
I'lll post some squats and deadlifts later. I already know 15 reps at 250 on bench aint happening.

I appreciate that, breh.But nah, you can see the 250 in this deadlift video. This was about 2 weeks ago. I wasn't gonna post it cuz I was gonna make another deadlift video that concealed the gut a little more
but It's gonna be gone in a few months anyway... I hope.
