Red Shield
Global Domination
They really retconnin her into being half kree

They're cancelling Suicide Squad. I'm surprised.
Why?![]()
That is the dumbest fukking thing I have read in a comic book in years.Carol Danvers' New Origin This Week Includes Her Real Name - Bleeding Cool News And Rumors
Car-Ell
Sounds kinda familiar tho
Can't quite place where I've heard such a name before
Can one of yall knowledgeable comic vets help figure this one out?![]()
I found it peculiar how this book that is supposed to be about Shuri stepping out and being a hero/character in her own right was all about moving T'Challa off the canvas and having Shuri adopt his super-hero identity again. That Shuri book was everything I hate about current Marvel

What was the thunderbolts where punisher and elektra hooked up?
its like the villains are ok with a piece of the xmen pie. or theres so few of them that a full out war would just leave the omegas and that would really wreck their shyt
im not suprised. mar vell is probably seen as problematic now at marvel. hopefully genis can come back soon
shes been retconned to be half kree this whole time. so the mar shyt did nothing but activate her powers.
marvel keeps trying with this character.

Another Carol relaunch for the January 2019 Solicitations. 6 or 7 since 2012. Ridiculous. Cant even get two fukking Storm series' though. Scust. The only real difference between comic Constantine and Matt ryan's portrayal is that Ryan is far less of a selfish a$$hole than the comic John is.To anybody that read Hellblazer,
Is Matt Ryan's version of John Constantine spot on? Cause I get the feeling the energy is a little off.
I haven't read anything regarding the character but I pick up the vibe that character wise he's a super chill, a$$hole-slash-wisecrack. Like early claremont wolverine but take away the beserker rage, and trade mutant powers for Magic. But in the clips i've watched of the show he's manic and jokey, and It feels like there's a grunge element missing. Am I wrong on this?

The last thing a book about Shuri should be doing is making her be Black Panther.
but that IS shuri until the movie dropped and threw that shuri to the bushes....like it or love it thats how the creator wanted it(hudlin)I know who the comic book version of Shuri used to be but the whole point of the solo book was to try and bring the movie characterization into the comic books and establish her as a hero in her own right.but that IS shuri until the movie dropped and threw that shuri to the bushes....like it or love it thats how the creator wanted it(hudlin)

At least that was what it seemed like from all the stuff I read about the book before it came out.
The way I saw it her DNA was mutated to be half kree by the tech so she was always a hybrid. I dont know what it is now.Isn’t this bytch a human? And got her powers from Kree tech? Or is she half human/half kree?
