Valeria has never been on one of the young Avengers teams? Sounds odd.I can see this sticking. The current batch of F4 writers clearly don't want to deal with Valeria or Franklin (why he's depowered). They were fun characters to write when they were kids, but it doesn't seem like anyone knows what to do with them as teenagers.
If I was Hickman I would've jumped to DC years agoIt's like Hickman lurks the coli and CBR black panther threads and does everything we want for the character
It's as if one of yall is Jonathan
@Jmare007 it's you isn't it?
Keep up the good work, but we on to you now![]()
I get that Marvel pays him a lot of money for minimal effort but the only project he will see to its real end being the new Ultimate Universe "ending" in the hand of another writer is
If anything, I'd ask for complete liberty for Star Wars. Just let him cook with the Force and lightsabers. I bet he'd come up with an idea that fans would beg to be adapted for a movie....Imperial was always advertised as that though.All that build up to Imperial #4 and it was just to do a soft reboot of the space books. I was expecting something more…. this might be the least satisfying reboot Hickman’s done and his second miss for me after G.O.D.S. Which also suffered from being pointless.
I didn’t see the advertisement, but it’s still crap. I didn’t know that about G.O.D.S but it started weak too. It would have worked better as an original IP or if he had swapped out the main character with Dr. Strange.Imperial was always advertised as that though.
G.O.D.S. failed in a bigger way because it was evident Hickman gave up on the project by issue 4 or 5 once editorial told him the book was canceled. It had mpre promition than any other book he did besides HoX/PoX.
Look at this shyt
Nah that shyt is piffThe Absolute Universe jumped the shark some time ago. All of the comics that showed promise have turned to shyt.
WW is still really good.The Absolute Universe jumped the shark some time ago. All of the comics that showed promise have turned to shyt.
