Then why not get Kingsbury? Unless it was because we prefer Jayden over Caleb it was no excuse to skimp him on a 3rd year. Not to mention, this whole staff deserves at least three years to make it happen cuz two is too short.

With that said, I hope the team is truly aggressive in getting a QB of the future we tired of mid fukk outta here.

Real talk the Chiefs should be thankful for the ass whooping the Raiders gave them. Gave them a taste of how to handle the offensive line being manhandled and pushed around. It was the slap in the face the team needed to prepare for Baltimore and the 49ers.

Mark Davis reportedly “grilled” GM candidates in their interviews in order to find out which candidate has the best strategy to trade up for a QB in the 2024 NFL Draft.

During these interviews, Davis made it clear that he would prefer to draft a QB in the first round. Davis prioritized finding the right plan at QB

New GM Tom Telesco is rumored to be willing to trade up for a QB as long as it’s the right player

Al was a GOAT level scout and football mind in his heyday.

Let’s give credit where it’s due
Who wasn't giving him credit this is all known that Al Davis had an eye for talent from HBCU, Small Colleges to late round funds

But let's stick to the topic, we are not talking about Al Davis and his talent of scouting, we were talking about players having a say in selecting the Head Coach and I stick what I said it won them 3 Super Bowls. John Madden and Tom Flores were favorites of the players, Al Davis listened to his players and his gut instinct, The rest in history
