Love my 24-70 2.8's. I've had several over the years and they've all been superb and worth their weight in gold. What that being said, I'd gladly ditch my current RF in favor of a <24-55mm with a fixed 2.8 aperture or lower that matched its image quality (and hopefully came in a more compact package).

No. It looks amazing but waaaay too big for being a general purpose lens for me. 28 is a little too narrow for a general purpose lens as well imo. Love my 28 pancake tho.
