They've been studying national pharmacare since 2017. The announcement was supposed to come in June, but they've accelerated timelines
All the government has to do is you have to be a citizen to buy a home that's it.

Yup I know a few people in Vancouver and there living like 4 to a apartment and ish. I remember looking years ago for a job in Vancouver and the same job here in Toronto was paying like 70k and in Vancouver it was 35k

You were able to buy property long ago when it was affordable.
How can you make almost six figures have good credit but the mortgage you qualify for can barely get you a 300 sq foot condo.
10 years ago a house 400,000 was considered expensive in Toronto. Ten years later you can't even find a condo for 400k in Toronto but it's all good and dandy because you are at the trough years ago.
One way to stop it but sadly there is still ways around this. It foes make it a lot more difficult though for hot money to buy up property though.

I wanted to move to Toronto cause y’all culture is more similar to the States as far as Black people and culture is concerned.

I get Vancouver but GTA? So many places to make money just 5 years ago. When Nikki’s were saying they couldn’t live in condos and condos were cheap I bought. So why should I get screwed because y’all were too dumb or scared to invest?
