I like it even though no one wants to play Amped Hardpoint or the other modes at times. There's always stuff going on in Attrition and the community is very respectful. How is the community on PC?

I was having issues where I'd boot up a game and the controller wouldn't work like the D-Pad wasn't working. This was the PS4 controller.all this controller support from Valve really is a game changer. they've just made it so you can (theoretically) play any game on Steam with a 360, X1, DS4, generic xinput, or Steam Controller. all through Steam with no other 3rd party software. people have also got it working with the Wii U Pro Controller via xinput emulation
they've also made all these controllers a viable method for navigating the desktop on a 'HTPC'

idk, is the d-pad bound in the configurer? you might have to bind it manuallyI was having issues where I'd boot up a game and the controller wouldn't work like the D-Pad wasn't working. This was the PS4 controller.
That is fukked up. Return immediately. Mine says 3.6ghz (since windows doesn't account for an overclock) and HWmonitor shows my max at 4.2ghz (my overclock).paging @Ciggavelli
windows is reporting the max freq of my 6850k to be 2.6 ghz but the bios is reporting 3.2
either way my shyt post to be running @3.5 out the box
ive never had an extreme edition chip before. what gives?
@Ciggavelli @daze23 is this software any good or is it just for show Razer Cortex? It suspends and ends processes for you while gaming

I used to use 'game booster' back in the day. but it really doesn't help unless you're really strugling for memory or cpu cycles. in general it's just a good idea to not have any cpu or memory hungry programs running while gaming@Ciggavelli @daze23 is this software any good or is it just for show Razer Cortex? So I been looking at laptops at the 600-700 price tag and only that seems good is the Asus Zenbook. With an i5 chip 8GB ram and 256GB SSD that looks really good. Any thoughts on the brand?

Something is very wrong with your CPU it should be at 3.6 out the box
You just got it though. Return it to the store. You payed like $600, right? No sense in keeping a defective chip. Get your money's worth. I highly recommend exchanging it.I've been tinkering about in the BIOS and managed to up it to 3.25Ghz by disabling speedstep and virtualization. Going to keep at it as i would really rather not have to deal with an any RMAs right now.
