Fast and Furious was broken and str8 too DVD until the Rock vs Vin Diesel hype brought it back 3 years ago. That's why the Rock is third listed in the series even though everyone was around before him...he put it over the hump into money it's NEVER seen before.
Again, without the success of "Fast & Furious" (which made $300+ million and was a huge success at the time), there's no Fast Five.
And I'm talking specifically the F&F movies. Yes or No, Vin Diesel is making more money off these movies as a Producer AND Actor than The Rock?

With the amount of money Diesel makes off of the last 4 F&F movies as a producer, I don't think he really gives a shyt who shows up to promote the movie because whoever is doing the legwork is fattening Diesel's pockets.
And I hope you're talking about Ludacris on film because saying his solo catalog doesn't exist elsewhere is ducktales.
