Props to the OP, I been saying this for years. Yeah there are deadbeat and just completely irresponsible dudes and then there are the women who are continuously attracted to those men, at least enough to spread they legs and let a man go raw. Takes 2 to tango.

First of all, I don't dap or type post talking about "black men ain't shyt" so you can go somewhere else with that bullshyt. I will happily dap a post that says many of the coli male posters aren't shyt, but I don't think you represent black men. Just because you agree with somethings doesn't mean you agree with all things related to a movement or ideology.

Also, y'all lames asses get mad because I won't dap your dumb ass posts generalizing all black women. I have made and I will be happy to make qualified statements that SOME black women choose the wrong men, but that's not going to stop me from stating that neither one of them were shyt anyway or that IT TAKES TWO.

Continue to be amazed (I'm use to doing that to people in real life too).

I don't even agree with the concept of one gender inherently being better leaders so I'm really not the one to ask . Its about the individual relationship. Not every woman is a follower and certainly not every man is a leader or even capable of understanding what it means. This thread and the countless others on this site make that abundantly clear.

I do know personal responsibility would definitely be one of the traits a leader should have though. A so-called leader should have their own moral compass and their own actions should not be directed by what their follower "allows".

I personally believe that some modern women are not prepared to be lead and some modern men lack the leadership skills of yesteryear. Both sides have some work to do.
