Ultimately women are the gatekeepers. Only exception is the top 10% of men (income/wealth, looks, education etc) that can pull almost any woman they want.

Sometimes women get fooled....yet women also claim to have superior intuition and situational awareness.

Either men are smarter, more clever master manipulators.....OR.....women decide to overlook obvious red flags for the sexy, 3-legged bum. Men don't suddenly become shyt bags. Their base personality is always there. It's just a matter of whether you choose to listen to those instincts.

Women can identify creepy ugly men in 0.05 seconds. Turn that creep into a handsome man and suddenly their instincts disappear. I don't "blame" women, but ladies have to be honest with themselves. The good man that's stable and solid versus the wild man that's fun but problematic.....in RPG gaming terms, women tend to "min-max" when picking men. Sometimes it's better to get the guy whose a 6 or 7 in multiple categories over the breh that's a "10" in some ways and a "2" in other ways.

My interpretation of the video is she is saying the media engineered a culture that made us value the wrong things and the entire community has fallen prey to it. This video wasn’t an attack on Black men, it was an attack on the systems that intentionally created these narratives to destabilize our communities. I think she’s trying to say we need to wake up and take control of our own social narratives.

And marketers actively create phenomenons. Valentine’s Day and Santa Claus are prime examples. The former was invented as a commercial “holiday” to stimulate the economy. As for Santa Claus, it was a marketing symbol to sell more stuff (by Coca Cola I believe).

The media is a very powerful force and it’s not always responsive, sometimes it’s curated to produce a particular effect.

Hmmmmm, see men can exhibit petty emotional traits even when raised by men.

Our very own President is a great example of this....honestly most MAGA/conservative men in general and a lot of them have both feminine and FEMININE tendencies.

We’re saying that choices have consequences, and that this whole system has manipulated black culture into making the most consequential choices.
