Kids aren't stupid, they'll never love you unless you literally raised them AND they have little to zero contact with the biological dad no matter WHAT you do for them. Granted my relationship lasted all of 6 months so I dodged a bullet, but never again. In fact one woman in my rotation right now has a child that I haven't met and I'm about to bush her solely because of that, and she is arguably the baddest one or close to it I'm engaging right now. fukk that mess I only got time for my bloodline or at best a brand new baby/toddler whose pappy is dead/locked up forever

had no intention of raising kids that weren't mine...

all of a sudden i grew close with the oldest one and never looked back

married my wife and we've been a tight family since. Do i recommend you get a girl with kids?? hell nah! but if that sh*t happens organically and you grow close to the kids and plan on marrying the girl, then life can be funny in some ways and life rewards you. The kid got a hell of an arm and is a pretty solid QB, so that also helped to seal the deal as well , but on the real, i enjoy going to his games and rooting for him. Met him at age 7, he's now 15.

My girl has two teenage daughters and I'm pretty involved in their life. I give them guidance and tell them when they are willdin out but I don't discipline them nor do I yell. Their father is in their life and imo it isn't my place to be that person even though they view me as a father figure.

Drama! And it was a red flag that these nikkas had kids so far apart together. The newborn and her stayed with me for a few months til they got their own place close by but…

Her baby was a screamin demon She would get annoyed and so would I. I slowly bushed her and she ended up moving in with her mom and moving out of ATL.

My girl has an 8 year old. I do minimal for or with him. We have a decent relationship my girl is just smart enough not to ask me to replace his father. I'm 37 going on 38. Everyone has a kid in my age group. I wouldn't recommend getting with a single mom if you don't have kids of your own, but if the shyt happens organically and she's not putting that on you to be a father, so be it.

I'd be hard-pressed to do it again because I think it would be too hard to have as smooth of a situation that I have now.
