FYI this will be very similar to illegal immigration enforcement. Feds will push and blue states will fight back. There WILL be casualties in blue states but they will be very limited.

My point is it shouldn’t be illegal. So you should care that other states and the federal government are focusing on something less harmful than alcohol.

The conundrum Sessions is in is that federal law still says that weed is illegal, and as Attorney General he shouldn't really be cherry-picking what laws to enforce.

The responsibility for this falls on Congress, who has yet to change the federal law.
