I'm about to eliminate all fast food and bs from my diet, I need some advice though..

What do I buy..? usually when I try and eat right I'll buy some fish, eggs, rice, lettuce.. Then I get bored with that because Im not buying enough and I don't have a ton of experience cooking..

I share a fridge, so I cant fill it to the brim with my own shyt.. So advice on that too

So drop what food, how much of the food, and dope recipes a beginner

Any other advice on eating right?

I used to meal prep every Sunday spent time st the grocery store buying food then all day cooking at the end of the day it was “what’s my time worth to me?”

So i researched and found a great meal prep program and it made all the difference ...i get a great selection each week, healthy food and mad time saved

It got to a point that whenever i got a “cheat meal” or ate out if almost feel sick and could taste all the salt that’s in foods

How much does it cost?

Lettuce is basically just water. Very few vitamins and minerals. Better to go with spinach and or kale. Mixed vegetables that include broccoli, mushroom, beans, red pepper and carrots. Frozen mixed vegetables last longer and are cheaper. Turkey is a good alternative to chicken.

It has quite a bit of protein which will keep you feeling full for longer and if you buy even a small turkey and roast it in the oven, you'll have enough food for weeks.

Whole grain bread is good because you get a ton of proteins and vitamins in it.
