Oil cooler leaking and i needed a bunch of shyt to pass inspection... mechanic told my the price i was like 
I have a odd question:
I have a base model 2013 VW CC that I want to upgrade with features from the higher R-Line trim package (proximity sensors, parking sensor, backup camera, etc.)
Is that a thing? Would the dealership do that or would I have to find a third party to do it for me?

Some dealerships can do it, really depends on how fancy the the sensors are. if your car's panels and bumper covers already have the cut outs for the sensors, I'm sure the dealership could do it, but they're going to charge out the ass for labor. They're also not going to be perfectly color matched to the car if they're mounted to the painted part of the bumper cover.I have a odd question:

This is for my ol ladies 2012 Infiniti G37
My brother in christ just go aftermarket if you can't find an reasonably priced oem ones. Will cost you less in the long run if the cats are the isuse.

I have never done exhaust work on my own just out of inexperience but these look like they will bolt up without wielding
These converters will bolt up to any header (factory or aftermarket) and any exhaust (factory or aftermarket). These pipes also retain the factory Oxygen sensor location.
Ok. You have disc brakes. Should be more simple imo. Take off the wheel, inspect the caliper, then inspect the brake shoe. It could be worn, or it could be something where you can push it back with a screwdriver, there might be something (dirt+oil) causing it to be seized and not open and close correctly. Worst case scenario you could remove the shoe and put it back in, or replace if needed. You have a bike tool or a set of allan/hex keys right? And maybe a screwdriver?

I drive a 2011 chevy hhr and had the lower steering shaft replaced.
as soon as I hit the road I got an error code that said "SERVICE ESC"
I go back to the mechanic and he used his scanner to erase it. nothing.
he tried multiple times. nothing.
I go to a second mechanic. he used his scanner. nothing.
what can I do to erase this code?
Electronic Stability Control? Is there a stabilitrak message on the driver information screen? If it won't clear, you might have a broken wire(s).

It's doable but it's not cheap. They'd have to use VCDS to add the coding, you'd need the backup camera (which is built into the VW logo/handle on the back), the harness (which frequently breaks and renders the back up camera inop because the wires are routed thru the trunk hinges), and maybe the head unit if VCDS can't code it. You'd also need to check and see if the inputs for the backup camera are even present in the module which is located on the right rear side of the trunk underneath the trunk liner. If it's there, great, if not, you'd need that as well. And that doesn't even mention the bumper, paint, the harnesses, and the sensors.I have a odd question:

Well first this other shop says my oil pan is cracked or something, then they going to replace it and then like
the oil cooler leaking as well 
took it to my main mechanic and the rest is emergency savings history
