I agree and that's saying a lot. I have seen Richmond Hill change from a predominantly white community to heavily asian/Russian jew community and it doesnt feel like home like it used to. Other minorities climbing up economically is not going to do squat for blacks if anything they will try to flex on us. Thats why blacks as a collective have better get their ish together before it happens.
the problem is that the majority of blacks....and whites. Don't really buy in to that "family forever" mentality like these minorities do.

As soon as you turn 18, 19 or even 20 most dudes are either kicked out of the house or "urged" to :camby:.

I'm not putting this solely on the parents either though, cuz those kids need to either be in school or work and help build up that family home until they are ready to move out and be set.

These minorities have that on us. They will live at home big families all making money and investing IN THEMSELVES while we kick our lazy kids out to struggle, and sometimes the family home is struggling to. Two struggling homes now.

We need to focus more on building that family home again. Parents and kids working together. Building, saving. How can we expect community support (for our businesses and schools, etc) if we can't even do that at home.

I've seen MANY MANY minorities move out of their family homes right in to their own HOME. THey were able to save up and everyone puts money in to purchase that home.

First everyone helps the family home
then the family helps the first child move out and start their family
then the next,etc.

The White and Black Communities don't really share that. I'm not saying parents stop supporting them when they are gone...and vice versa. But the amount of resources that you can provide at that point is still severely limited.

Kids need to wake the fukk up to. EVERYONE is so quick to "be on their own and be the boss" that they are throwing away, or del;aying their own futures. I've seen it happen....many many times.

Tell me please

I got my eye on Milton. But anywhere west I think is good.

I have co worker that got house near Guelph for 400k. A similar house in the gta would go for 800k (swimming pool, big back yard, quiet area etc)
Another co worker sold her house in Burlington for a mill then purchased a bigger house even more west (much cheaper) and just retired with money left over.

My whole street is filled with Italians and Russians still living at home, only moving when they get married or still living with their folks.

Folks may laugh at the inders all living together but when they move out they got $$$

I live at home and I'm only going to move when I get married and take my 450k wit me in equity

Facts :mjcry:
Once those three condos up on Yonge are done, it's over. I can't complain though, our property doubled, almost tripled in price thanks to that.

I work in Brampton would never live there :scust:. Nothing to do with the people there, just a ugly city.

The castle more area ain't bad but that's about it

I live in da bridge and love it

But prices, ain't getting a detached house for less than 900k, town houses and semis are like 600-800k

Condos are like 400k for even a one bed room

Maple is :scust: to me

King city is expensive

Aurora is expensive

Newmarket is white trash central along with the whole of East gwimburry

Markham stouffville are pricey
I'd have to say prob like milton, Halton hills best bang for the buck

That's the area right now. Georgetown is still kind of affordable. Caledon is expensive, but that's because there isn't a lot of development yet compared to everything else. When real building starts there prices will drop for a bit and then go through the roof.

Brampton is little India. Don't like any areas that are dominated by any racial group....and if it aint white...it affects property values.

To be fair its mostly Bramalea thats indian, west of the 410 i dont notice an indian takeover...

Y'all can clown me or say what you want...and it may be a little further. but Hamilton is on the Come Up.

one of the fastest growing real estate markets in Canada right now, they are completely changing the core. They got the GO Train and they are going to be putting in an LRT.
If you want to invest and live cheaper than in Toronto and still make and save Cash that place is gonna boom.

:scust:

Anywhere but on the mountain or stoney creek, forget it...Between downtown and east to the QEW is :trash:
