The best advice for you would be 90% action and 10% planning and research so you can exercise your action muscle

The average person doesnt need to have a bodybuilding physique.

A balanced diet & regular excersize is all thats needed to maintain a nice body with some shape
Agree.
People think things are a lot more complicated than they are.

Ditching unhealthy drinks and going for a long walk/jog/run once a week consistently would do wonders for most people.

That's free and doesn't cut into anybody's schedule.

I was in phenomenal shape this time last benching 340, running an 8 minute mile. Relatively cut.

My whole regimen got fukked up once covid hit.

The diet is the hardest as I've never been all that clean, but it went to utter shyt when covid hit.

I'm a firm believer if you can get your body in shape you can do most things you put your mind too.

I agree. You have to make it routine. For example today I didn’t feel like going. And on top of that it was leg day:sadcam:. Push through and was glad I went.


With that said diet is the hardest shyt to do and it’s also the most important if you want to be lean.
