If people aren't posting pictures (including pictures of how they looked when they say they "used to be cut") go ahead and just assume these a moderately in shape people who don't really know what they are talking about.

To get into great shape you need :

a clean healthy diet (no synthetic sugar, no processed meats/fats, no smoking, no alcohol).

7 hours of sleep at the exact same time (9-10pm) daily.

You gotta have your last meal at least 2 hours before you sleep or delay eating after you wake up by a few hours.

You need to alternate your cardio, run long distance for 2-3 days, then do sprints for 2 days consistently

You need to do full body exercises with an upper body or lower body focus daily (meaning you work your upper body and just warm your legs up a bit, next day you destroy your legs and warm your upper body up a bit)

The culmination of a clean diet, consistent training, disciplined sleep regiment and rest days (not cheat meal days) will start to have you looking better than you've ever looked in your life.

If you want reciepts I can provide.
Anything else is a cap.

Now if you're on Steroids/Testosterone/Human growth hormone etc you don't need do most of what I said... You'll be big and ripped and die in your 40s.

It's not even that serious, B.

Whole post is laughs, although I do agree about the not providing receipts part. :dame:

The truth of the matter is dieting, exercising, etc. are not that difficult, it's just most people, like with other things in life, want something for free. Show up, half-ass a workout three times a week, drink all weekend and eat like shyt then wonder why they can't see the changes they want to see.

The same folks that go to the gym regularly but still look like shyt clearly aren't: a) working out hard enough and/or b) eating enough to put on mass or eating too much to lose weight. Your body doesn't reward you for showing up, it rewards your effort for putting in that work.

Most people just don't have the willpower it takes. :francis:

Just this last Friday I was at the gym. Lifted for 2 and half hours and even took my raggedy ass the treadmill. As I'm getting off the treadmill a skinny-fat cat I know was offering me a piece of cake as he ate one. It was 10 o'clock in the morning. He's coming back off of injury and can barely lift. :snoop::deadmanny:
