His team is as healthy as they're ever gonna be and they have the best starting five in the East. Why shouldn't he be held accountable if they lose?

No they don't :snoop: On paper, Cle, Wash, ATL>>>Bulls starting five.

You mean without Dunleavy and Noah? So a team without their arguably most important player and their best 3-pt shooter have no excuses for not making the ECFs?

:childplease: this fukkin writer

:russ: Professional writer shoulda just called him slug brain like I always do.

Anyway, Thibs is a good coach. Problem is if the locker room quits on you, you're fukked no matter how good you are. They've been injured a lot so I don't get people suddenly turning on him, but then again I'm not on that team.

If the players quit on him, they quit on him. No amount of talent or healthy guys will fix that.

Derrick Rose is not on the same page as the rest of the Bulls per this article.

It started with the laid-back mentality of Derrick Rose — ‘‘I’ve got to worry about the big picture’’ — at the beginning of the season, and now there are concerns that it has spread. More specifically, there are worries that Joakim Noah’s seasonlong knee problems have caused him to start questioning the process.

When Gibson was asked what was wrong after the Bulls’ embarrassing 108-94 loss Monday to the Cleveland Cavaliers, there was no hesitation in his response.

‘‘We’ve gotta practice harder, and we can’t be taking days off,’’ Gibson said.

And Gibson didn’t say it only once. In a four-minute interview, he brought up the importance of full participation in practice three times.

‘‘We have the tools, we have the personnel,’’ Gibson said. ‘‘It just comes from within. There’s nothing more you can say. It’s all about how much heart you have and how determined you’re going to be.’’

like i said in the other thread Derrick Rose has been cancerous when he's interviewed...he needs to look at himself and either become a true leader or move the hell out the way and play ball.

He is running them into the ground

did you read the link i posted?

while i agree that he plays them too much especially from wht I've heard from practices , the only person that seems to be complaining is D.Rose. Taj is basically saying "shut up and bring it" and if he's saying that Noah is probably saying it.

I really think someone who hasn't played in 2-3 years and that has been acting like a DIVA throughout that time, doesn't have the same pull in the locker room as two guys who have been in there battling everyday and had the Bulls at the top of the division while Rose (whose admittedly doesn't go hard because he's preserving his body) has been bench ridden.
