The flip side is that's it's hard to get the most out of your unit when they're being run into the ground.

it's not the game minutes that are the issue - although he does need to reduce them

it's the practices, which supposedly he runs like games - you can't do both. There's intense practices and there's running players ragged and then playing 40mpg the next day, it doesn't make sense.
