Companies have adapted. They’ve learned to be productive with less. Mid level managers feel it the most, but it’s all in the game.

I don’t like working in an office. But then again, I don’t like working for companies in general. My job is 60% travel and I work from home the other 40% of the time because I don’t have a home office. A lot of zoom, and Microsoft teams calls.

Working from home sucks, because I’m not as productive. And it makes me realize I don’t like being an employee even in an upper management role.

Thats just you… a minority here.

Like I said, most people who don’t want WFH are people who can’t get shyt done at home. Go into the office but others shouldn’t have to do extra shyt just because you can’t perform from home
