Personally I agree. I dislike Troy Ave but I don't believe Joey is more skilled than he is. Troy Ave is making retread 2005 commercial music, but last time I checked Joey he was making retread 1995 underground Stretch & Bobbito type music. If both mcs are at their best, I'd probably prefer to hear a Troy Ave verse.
And I hope dude wasn't trying to make a popularity/sales argument with the "weight class" thing because Jada tore 50 up, no one can tell me his 50 disses didn't matter.

Yeah, ok, and the guys you named weren't the only ones getting in beefs back then. Rappers of all levels of popularity battled and all of them went harder than nikkas now. Just cause they didn't bring up anyones dead homie didn't mean they didn't go hard. Hov brought up the Carmen shyt, Pac went at Big hard, and just in general we've seen beefs where both sides go mad hard. Eminem has said crazy lines towards other cats.
