is drake including Quentin miller in the writing credits every song he had a hand in writing not being "up front with it"?

building a career/legacy off of someone else = 5 songs on one album that he put out when he was already at his peak popularity wise? Drake built his career off of SFG, TML and TC, the latter of which he took a few singing verses from the weeknd (something most rnb artists do). Drake writing hits for other artists and being so consistent with it aided in building his career/legacy as well.

yeah, drake hasn't said "yeah i used ghostwriters" but he's alluded to and practically admitted the fact on multiple occasions since he was ousted (calling meek a snitch on charged up, "sometimes i need inspiration," etc.)

and when did Eazy e, Kanye or Dr Dre ever straight up admit to using ghostwriters? When were they ever up front about using ghostwriters?

:comeon:

I can't take some of you cats seriously at all, because you don't even know anything about rap.

Eazy flat out said "Ice Cube writes the rhymes that I say". People knew Dre used ghostwriters since NWA. They spoke about it openly.

What year did you fools start listening to rap? :what:

Nobody knew who the fukk QM was prior to Meek, so "Drake gave him credit on songs" is meaningless.

Besides, the problem with your entire post is you're talking about QM specifically when people were saying Drake had ghostwriters since day 1. He let hip-hop icons praise him, say he's the best of his generation, give him credit for his lyrics....and he never once said "nah, actually I had help".

If he "alluded to it" and "practically admitted it" then why call Meek a snitch? Why have 40 go on Twitter posting 30 times in a row denying it? Why avoid the question in Fader? shyt makes zero sense. You dudes want to claim everybody knew, or that it never mattered, when his camp didn't respond like that. They responded like it was the end of the world.

I wish rappers would just stop talking.:snoop: Thats what i loved about back in the day. Artists had MYSTIQUE. We didnt know shyt about them. I aint a Wayne fan but i do give him props for not being too "out there" in the media

That's the problem with the social media era. Everybody always looking for the hot take or big headline on every website, even if it means exposing themselves for whatever reason. It's a quick, cheap way to generate relevance.

Really makes you appreciate the days when the only thing you knew of an artist was music and you only saw them in music videos of if they did a show in your town.
