I was looking for this comment. An unfortunate amount of black people have not grown up in stable environments, so they model their lives on television. It takes alot of delusion for the brokest, poorest, most economically ravaged demographic to tell people earning $50K to $70K that they're bums. Not only can we look at the BC's income/net worth and see nikkas are lying, their comments imply that half of the U.S. population are bums since that's the median. It's delusion. Meanwhile in other communities, the $70K man and the $50K woman will make a $120K household and keep increasing their incomes over time.

That’s what I was trying to point out earlier. That $45k isn’t enough to start a family going 50/50, especially not coupled with our $35k.

We def need two income households.

We need both sexes to be focused on higher paying careers that will afford us comfortable lifestyles. I’ve seen people in academia, HR, healthcare, engineering, accounting etc live extremely comfortable, somewhat low stress lives as they age.
