Ain't nothing Disney or superhero about this album other than the intro :mjlol:
They obviously weren't holding anything back to be safe and family friendly, so ...

Serious? People were clowning "All the stars" because it sounded like GAP music and there's 4 more like it on the album. The rest are pretty much just chill or hype music which are most definitely gonna be Kilmongers songs (2 of em directly reference him) but nothing with any hardcore lyrics to decipher or anything like that. Seems pretty safe to me unless your definition of safe is thinking that it was gonna be some type of Will I Am music on here lol

Kendrick even put a concept on a fukking soundtrack album

I think the first half is T'Challa and second half is Kilmonger with Pray For Me being the outro

You might be right breh. I'm listening to "All The Stars" right now.

Tell me what you gon' do to me
Confrontation ain't nothin' new to me
You can bring a bullet, bring a sword, bring a morgue
But you can't bring the truth to me

I hate people that feel entitled
Look at me crazy 'cause I ain't invite you
Oh, you important?
You the moral to the story? You endorsin'?
Muthafuka, I don't even like you

That could be T'Calla spitting directly at Killmonger :ohhh:

Bucktown
Man that song with Vince Staples was such a disappointment.
I heard it on one of the black panther trailers and I thought it would be a massive banger

I also think All The Stars = epitome of T'Challa or his conflict/arc, King's Dead = epitome of Kilmonger's, and Pray For Me is the end credits, hence why they're the singles

I think the first half is T'Challa and second half is Kilmonger with Big Shot being the resolution between the 2 characters and Pray For Me the outro

He says “Black Panther towards the first half of the album then when “Parademic!” comes on he says “I am Kilmonger” and continues to say through out the rest of the album.

That nikka Kendrick man :ohhh:

Yup
At the end of Black Panther he says "I Am T'Challa"
Then Paramedic he goes "I Am Kilmonger"

And at the end of Seasons (moment of resolution between the 2 characters), he says both and "One world, one God, one family, celebration"

I'm super curious to watch the movie and actually see if/how the soundtrack's concepts tie in
