I used to want to be in a relationship but my generation is clueless when it comes to that word, let alone understanding the principals and establishing a solid foundation for a true bond between souls.
They are too worried about social media, status, what other people think, etc.
It took a while but I'm fine being alone. The amount of freedom you gain when you truly stop caring is intoxicating. The universe and I are one.
F*ck a relationship, I just want a chick who I can get some steady p*ssy from & hang out with every now & again![]()
You didn't answer my question
Why SHOULD "meaningful" relationships take effort and hard work?
Why would you put voluntarily put yourself through additional stress when life is already stressful enough?
This is just some feel good Oprah/Tyler Perry rhetoric
"Oh chile work through the tough times if you REALLY luv somebody"
it's all nonsense
I agree that ppl in that age demographic don't want the hard work of maintaining a relationship, but tbh with the advent of technology and globalization u really can live an exciting and fulfilling life without romantic love. Especially if u can finance it. A trip to Italy, a trip to Spain, a trip to South Africa, etc. A wine and painting class. Indoor skydiving. Running a marathon. Volunteering. U can do all of these things with ur friends (or alone if ur brazen enough). Could they be more fun if done with a spouse? Possibly. But long gone are the days where u need a loving relationship to live a prosperous fulfilling life
