2. They raise their standard because they want better which is natural
3. They're confident those options will remain in case things go wrong so they're willing to hold out longer.
4. Men who meet that standard will still fukk but won't commit thus giving them the illusion that the standard is attainable and makes them willing to hold out even longer.
5. When they realize they can't hold out any longer they settle with one of her many options she didn't give a chance before.

If youre a man that is constantly looking to improve and become their best selves then you dont need to adapt. You're always going to be near the top of the heap because you're never satisfied with you're current status. You always want to be stronger, wiser, better.

If youre a guy that's looking to coast then you're probably going to have to change your standards.
