Are people just posting pics of other people? I'm starting to get where I want to be, just an overall fit body, BUT I want more defined abs, a higher bottom, bigger thighs and better posture. I still have a really weak posture, my shoulders make me look extremely frail, but I really don't want my arms to get bigger than they already are. I'm mainly doing stretches for that.

My third row came in. :mjgrin: My progress is really going good so far. I'm pretty much where some of ya'll want to be right now. I'm gravy. If anything, I could use a little more definition, but I'm satisfied.

My guess is that I'm around 11% BF atm.

That's Tom Hardy in Warrior. For me I've already achieved the physique I had envisioned in my mind when I initially got back into the fitness lifestyle. Now I'm challenging myself to take it to the next level to try to compete in competitions next year hopefully.

Well right now I'm trying to decide what the best weight to compete in would be. Either under two hundred or over. If I go under just lean out some more and replace that weight lost with more lean muscle. Then sculpting.
