The Problem is that Negros let Dwight Man get in their head and avoid the sun because they afraid to get darker.
I soak in the Sun in the morning for 5-10 minutes
And also during The Autumn and Winter months our skin doesn't get enough sun light that's why we as melananted people get depressed during these months.
So we don't get enough Vitamin D that's why important during these month's we take our Vitamin D and get in the sun when we have sunlight

Vitamin D comes specifically from UVB rays from the sunlight. Melanated skin offers more protection compared to cacs but it also absorbs those rays more slowly.
It would be a different story if we lived off the land like our ancestors, we'd have a surplus of those rays and would be fine. Most of us work 9-5 jobs, go to the gym for an hour and then stay indoors for the rest of the day.
