Yeah, that's mando for me, especially in the wintertime, lol.

Personally, I think 5,000IU is enough (especially for long term use) as long as you're getting the right cofactors with it. I think you only need 10,000 if there's other external factors like body comp, low baseline levels if you did a test, or you just straight up don't get any sun or live in Alaska half the year lol.

I've started getting lab work done at least once a year and then just adjust (increase or decrease) accordingly.
