This too. Do some cross fit or some type of exercise that keep your heart rate up. Simple shyt like push ups, pull ups, jump rope or jumping jacks. Then do another round. Do that shyt for 20 minutes straight then build your self yourself for a 30-45 min go.

This isn't gonna help anyone but it's honestly the best advice.
I agree. Sometimes I’m in it and I’m just tryna focus on not nutting quick, but just telling someone to “relax” is a lot easier said than done

im deffo taking your advice. diet can surely get cleaned up, and while i work out often, it’s mostly weight training. gonna start throwing some cardio in as much as i hate it lmao hopefully them results come thru my g
