Both, but much more of the first part. They're not nearly as impressive as a Ricochet or Will Ospreay. Not nearly as impressive as the X division circa 04-08. I haven't seen anything to make me jump and yell out DAMN:damn: like when i first saw the canadian destroyer for instance

Will Ospreay is a bad example because he's only 23 and he already has a laundry list of injuries. His style may be entertaining but it takes years off your career.

It's a number of issues:
  • The face of the cruiserweights is probably in the bottom 10 of the available guys you should build the division around.
  • Same matches every week
  • No time for character development (damn shame because Kendrick has been an excellent heel)

What's interesting is that the only Raw match that had the crowd going crazy had Rich Swann and Cedric Alexander doing most of the work :mjpls:

This is exactly what I was alluding to. Having a personality doesn't just 100% mean cutting promos. It's just standing out in general. Rey, Juvy, La Parka, Eddie, Ultimo, Dean, Kidman, and Psicosis all had that, even before guys were unmasked.
Like Braun Strownman, Eva Marie, Sin Cara? :usure:

That's what I'm saying. Right now I want Kendrick to take it away from TJ and build the division around Rese, Cedric, and Rich. They get the crowds hype.

We're talking about CWs, but just to entertain this, Braun is almost 7ft and 350+ and has a natural presence, Eva is sexy as shyt with red hair (I've said many times she has no discernible personality), and unmasked Sin Cara very well had a lot of charisma and nuances to his character that made him appealing.

I saw Gulak at the evolve show in Queens last month and he had way more personality there then he does on Raw. They put him in jobber gear. I seen him live and I know hes dope yet I dont give a shyt about the cruiserweights. I think they need to let them have more segments, of course tell some story too. It always feels like it isnt a cruiser division but rather hes a single cruiser segment and thats that. Its 2016 brehs, they need to put more money into this shyt. We've seen every flip imaginable by now, we are desensitized. I think fans now want more story. Its like a reverse trend of fans that used to want crazy high spots. Now people see the risks involved, and hell we have seen it all so who cares.

only difference is that they hired everybody and made things worst. TJP still sucks, but he gets the biggest pops b/c these "know it alls" finally went on Wikipedia and think they know how great he is. That dude needs to be fired.

Must be two Cedric's and Rich Swann's then. The crowd was most vocal for those two out of all 4 guys in that match, especially for Cedric. It was very noticeable

The ropes kill it for me.
And Neville should be on smackdown with Kalisto in the CW divison.

The division will be fine once they let them loose a little more. The main reason they signed them was to tour with NXT so they don't always have to keep the big names down in NXT.

I really hope they don't give them their own show on the network, its too much shyt to watch already. Hell I rarely watch NXT or RAW

I think they just signed some of the wrong guys. I'm fine with swan, Cedric, TJP, Nese, Kendrick, Lince, Gran Matlik,

They should have signed that french guy that Lance storm trained. Gallahger, and the Samoan

Don't remember much. I Know they kilt it, but have the sense it wasn't as appreciated as it should have been. By the ending of the match, I do remember feeling disappointed in the match overall. Including ho crow no-sold the guy's finisher's.
