Check back in a year from now, when your done with the keto diet and back to eating bread, potatoes and rice, like most people that do this sort of diet end up doing because they can't sustain it for life. Either your doing it forever to keep your weight down, or you're going back to carbs and it was only good for the short term.

Your missing the point of the thread, these guy who are doing keto diet are most likely originally like Daniel Cormier, and they doing the most difficult diet but it yield the most impact their diet, there are people in here arguing against there use of the keto diet to get in shape

But these guys are are doing keto, trust me there far from being lazy due to the fact that it takes insane discipline to continually stay in keto. There not making excuses, there being attacked by people who dont support keto diets

Daniel cormier starves himself because he has to make weight in a short period of time, he is losing weight 30-40 pounds in a matter of weeks, this is not natural

A regular person with Daniel Cormier's body can just exercise 15 minutes a day and after year of doing that they will be slim lmao, what can't your prime compute

:mjlol: breh you lost, this is not what this thread is about AT ALL. These guys work out consistently and training to be muscular not just slim. These guys are training far past your 15 min a day thing breh. Start from page one breh.
