Take the dead out of 'dead lift', and think you're still dead lifting brehs :snoop:
when you drop the weight to the floor, your taking tension off of your lower back. If you don't drop it you will work your lower back and forearms better.

But stay sleep brehs

Plus lifting it off the ground is the easiest part. Be scared to work harder on the harder parts of the lift brehs

So basically you're asking if we do conventional deadlifts or romanian deadlifts
I aint kno they had a name. Yea Romanian is better fam. Shyt works your forearms and lower back. I find that dudes get lazy when they do conventional. They'll take like 2-5sec rests between reps on heavy lifts
