she was a c*nt about it but if she were in line at least 10 minutes prior to closing I don’t see what the problem is. If they don’t desire to stay over or if they have a cut off time they need to either amend their hours or lock the doors or add a sign saying that they will only offer certain services after a certain
time. i’m pro labor but in the service economy the customer is under no obligation to be overly courteous, especially without explicit instructions to be.

I’m super liberal and usually on the side of the workers but not here.If this was my employee I’m fukking firing him on the spot. Yes customers are entitled but service workers have become some of the most spoiled motherfukkers ever.They want tips for doing nothing, pissed because they occasionally have to stay a few mins later and think they can talk to customers like they’re the owners. Sometimes people simply want to get the service that they pay for without all the bullshyt:manny:
