He doesn’t have to smile but it’s beyond unprofessional to bytch at a customer because they showed up during business hours and asked you to do your job. Complain to coworkers after she leaves not to the customer themselves.

From the video I saw...There was no "yelling" or "irate" behavior on his end. There was no indication that he was "bytching"...He only displayed some annoyance and told her "maybe you should show up earlier". That's when she continued on about if he doesn't like his job he should find a new one and inquiring about the location of a supervisor.

Sure sure...we don't know what happened prior to her filming; however that doesn't guarantee that she was an angel either. For all we know she could have come in there with some axe to grind, which would also point to the fact as why people on tik tok are coming for her.

i dont mind helping people a few minutes before closing if theyre decent about it. i dont believe the customer is always right, but im not a bitter a$$hole either. i hook people up with deals all the time if theyre cool. fukk corporate and their profits.

That's part of the post office experience. They're cool people but at the same time they don't give two f*cks. And there's nobody to complain to about it too because 9 times out of 10 there's never a supervisor around and if there is one on the premises they're just as bad if not worse than the person you're making a complaint about.

That being said, they usually don't allow someone to come in with that many packages close to closing time
