He doesn’t have to smile but it’s beyond unprofessional to bytch at a customer because they showed up during business hours and asked you to do your job. Complain to coworkers after she leaves not to the customer themselves.
From the video I saw...There was no "yelling" or "irate" behavior on his end. There was no indication that he was "bytching"...He only displayed some annoyance and told her "maybe you should show up earlier". That's when she continued on about if he doesn't like his job he should find a new one and inquiring about the location of a supervisor.
Sure sure...we don't know what happened prior to her filming; however that doesn't guarantee that she was an angel either. For all we know she could have come in there with some axe to grind, which would also point to the fact as why people on tik tok are coming for her.
