Why are men so comfortable with hooking up with so many women?

I'm asking you males straight because thread is filled with women's opinions and not actual nikkas answering. Most women say it's due to lack of self esteem and self control. I personally think it's just societal acceptance for men being promiscuous, and lack of backlash.
